Existing Solution:
- The existing Pharmacy store management system that is being used in many organizations and is deployed Using Manual paper Works this is called Time Card entry used to kill time because of manual hand written process. Spread Sheet implementation was used to overcome this paper work.
- Customers have to enter the data either into the paper or into the Spread Sheet every day. This is stored as excel format and will be reviewed by the higher authorities. Analysing and Approval are done manually. Conventional time sheet method was manual.
- Emergency Pharmacy products Pharmacy services are known as emergency services and generally it requires on urgent basis. So buyer can’t buy it before requirement or doctors suggest it. Prescription Error Sometimes Doctor’s handwriting is not readable. So may possible the seller read it wrong.
- Inadequate Record Keeping and purchase ordering: The process of collecting customers purchases order is very tedious. The record keeping system is very poor. Losses of vital records have been reported in the past and besides, protecting the file system from unauthorized access is a problem that has defied solution.
- By tracking the time of project team members, project managers can control projects better because they can base their estimates on real data

From the problems listed in the existing system, the implementation of the proposed system shall focus on

- So we decided to make this software/system we tried our level best to make it user friendly where auto invoices are generated pharmacy database which is especially for this system. This system storesgeneric name of the medicines the current tax rate reports to analyse daily grossed medicine.
- Only admin can access by creating an easy avenue for communication between customers and Pharmacy store.
- Improving the efficiency of the system by ensuring effective monitoring of services and activities. Providing accuracy and security to all the information of a customer, thereby leading to no unnecessary losses.

- In the proposed system we tried to provide the high security than the existing system. Try to make the rural people to feel to fill the description about their products.
- It will provide friendlier environment than the existing one.
- In this system we have a multi-vendor pharmacy shops available in the application. We can buy some medicine easily will get all type of medicine.
