So it is very difficult for both&nbsp; gym members to keep all the paper receipts safely and to gym trainer to keep reminding for the fee receipts.Sometimes it creates a trouble when members lost their receipts.The other problem that can be faced by a gym owner is that if he\/she wants to inform any message related to working or non working days of gym, manually sending message become difficult .&nbsp; If there is online application available these problems can be solved.<\/p>\n<p>So, I am developing an android or web application to overcome some of these issues. So this project can be helpful for both gym owner as well as for gym members. Then the next phase required to transform the collected required system information into structural blueprint which will serve as a reference while constructing the working system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is a phase when most of the risks and error unveiled so it\u2019s is good practices to take care of this thing from the start.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is a fully fledged system which will be the backbone of the while management of the gym so ignoring the risk or error is not an option as later it can make a greater form of itself.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, it is better to minimize the problems faced by both staff and the manager in the Organization. Let\u2019s discuss the system in detail:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The gym is working manually. The current system is time consuming and also it is very costly, because it involves a lot of paperwork. To manually handle the system was very difficult task. But now-a-days computerization made easy to work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following are the reasons why the current system should be computerized:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">To increase efficiency with reduced cost.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;To reduce the burden of paper work.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;To save time management for recording details of each and every member and employee.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;To generate required reports easily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Disadvantage of existing system:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp;Time consumption:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As the records are to be manually maintained it consumes a lot of time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp;Paper work:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lot of paper work is involved as the records are maintained in the files &amp; registers<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Storage requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As files and registers are used the storage space requirement is increased.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Less reliable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Use of papers for storing valuable data information is not at all reliable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Accuracy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As the system is in manual there are lot many chances of human errors.
