Scope
This notice describes information handled in connection with Codeshoppy accounts, subscriptions and hosted stores. Store owners are responsible for explaining their own collection and use of shoppers’ information through their store privacy notices.
Information processed
Information may include account and business details, contact information, billing details, subscription and payment references, support communications, and technical information such as IP addresses, session identifiers and security logs. Hosted store data may include products, orders and customer details submitted through the store.
How information is used
Information is used to provide hosting and platform features, authenticate users, process subscription records, support stores, communicate about the service, investigate payment issues and protect against misuse. Store customer data is processed to support the store functionality requested by its owner.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through payment providers such as Razorpay under their own privacy policies. Codeshoppy receives the payment information needed to track billing, such as transaction references and status. Hosting, email and other service providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Cookies and sessions
The application uses cookies and session identifiers for sign-in, carts, security and related functionality. Blocking these cookies may prevent parts of the service from working. Embedded maps, external media and other third-party services may have their own cookie practices.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to operate the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. We use security measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself establish that all associated records have been deleted.

Shoppers should contact the relevant store owner about their orders and that store’s use of their information.
