About our service
Codeshoppy provides an ecommerce software platform on a monthly or yearly subscription. Your subscription gives you access to the features and usage limits listed for your selected plan.
Your store, your responsibility
You are responsible for managing your store, including product information, pricing, inventory, orders, customer service, taxes, licences, delivery, returns and compliance with applicable laws. Review all starter-template content before using it for your business. Sample products, images and policy text are not a substitute for your own accurate information.
Platform operation and support
Codeshoppy maintains the software platform and coordinates the server infrastructure needed to operate the service. We do not offer standalone web-hosting services. Our role does not include running your business or managing your daily store operations. Maintenance, security work and third-party service interruptions may affect availability; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
No custom development
Client-specific custom modifications, bespoke modules, individually requested code changes and custom integrations are not included in the subscription and are not offered as part of this standard service. You may use the configuration and design options made available within your plan.
Subscriptions and renewal
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout. Review the price, taxes, billing cycle and payment method before paying. AutoPay renewals follow the mandate you authorise. With manual payment, you are responsible for paying when due. Access may be restricted after the paid subscription period and any stated grace period end.
Platform improvements
We intend to improve the platform over time through updated modules, advanced features and improved methods. Future features, release dates and inclusion in particular plans are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Purchase a plan based on its currently available features.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, misleading listings, infringement, malware or unauthorised access. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.
Third-party services and domains
Payment gateways, domain registrars and other third-party services have their own terms and requirements. You remain responsible for your domain registration and required DNS settings. Codeshoppy subscription charges are separate from payments made by shoppers to your store.
Other policies and enquiries
