Furthermore, users are able to track the context and information of the items. If the user is having difficulty in recalling the name of the trip location, they can also add the details of the trip member, places and location to solve the problem. The Trip Expenses is designed to help users take control of their spending and manage their trips more efficiently. With its easy to use features, users can track and analyze their expenses to generate accurate reports and budget. This will enable them to make informed decisions about their spending and ensure that they are making the most of their hard-earned money. Existing System
Currently, maintaining Excel sheets, CSV files, and other documents to track user daily and monthly expenses is an arduous task, with no complete solution to make the process easier. Incorrect calculations can lead to losses, while the only other options are to keep a log in a diary or on a computer, both of which are time-consuming and tedious. Therefore, there is a need to create a more efficient solution to simplify the process. One of the drawbacks is the on-going maintenance; a lot of budget software offer the simplicity of integrating with all users financial accounts and consolidating theirac tivity into one dashboard. However though, some of this existing software mostly have complicated features that are not user friendly. while mental budgeting often causes people to overconsume some goods and underconsume others, expense tracking can provide more accurate estimations of what is required for a particular purchase.
