Career Guidance Using AI Chatbot & Resume Builder Using MERN Stack
This project integrates AI-driven career guidance with an advanced resume-building system using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). It is designed to assist job seekers in navigating the job market efficiently while helping employers find the right candidates. The system consists of three key modules: User, Employer, and Admin.
The User Module allows job seekers to create profiles, manage skillsets, generate professional resumes, and receive personalized job recommendations through an AI-powered chatbot. Users can search for jobs, apply with their CVs, and track application statuses seamlessly. The chatbot offers career advice, suggests relevant job opportunities, and provides resume enhancement tips.
The Employer Module enables companies to post job openings, define skill requirements, and review candidate applications. Employers can shortlist or reject candidates based on interviews and manage their company profiles effectively.
The Admin Module ensures platform integrity by approving employer registrations, monitoring job listings, and managing user accounts.
