The Hope – Online Portal for People Dealing with Mental Illness
Abstract
Online therapy has increasingly been utilized during the pandemic by many, including working populations. However, few qualitative studies have explored how online therapy is experienced in practice and discussed its implications for those working clients. Thematic analysis of the transcripts identified three themes: (i) ‘Positive experiences and solutions of depression online therapy’, (ii) ‘Challenges experienced by therapists and clients in online therapy’, and (iii) ‘Preparation and counselling for a user easily get a solution all level of depressions’. Online therapy was assessed as being helpful, particularly in terms of mitigating against previous geographical and temporal barriers to uptake. However, due to technological disruptions and potential blurring of professional boundaries, online therapy may detract from the emotional salience of therapy, negatively impacting the therapeutic relationship and containment. Considering these positive experiences, participants expected that the demand for online therapy would continue to increase. Particularly in the occupational context, online therapy can offer interventions without fostering shame regarding mental health and also consult with any other problems also. The findings provide preliminary qualitative evidence that online therapy can be a useful adjunct to traditional forms of face-to-face therapy. However, therapists require more explicit training in implementing online therapy. Results are discussed in particular regarding the utility of this therapy for working clients. Existing Solution:
In existing system, Therapist using the manual manner that is very hard to maintain all details like patient’s records and their history. Every time therapist give the solution for manual appointment system. User will waiting for therapist and get the solution for problem. It is very huge long process. Sometimes missing records from the both sides. Some of depression patients to handle the critical time it’s very difficult. There is no proper schedules for attending the patients and maintaining their remedies also.

Proposed Solution:
- The propose system provides web based therapist management system. It is very useful for maintain all the patients records.
- User can easily get the appointment and maintain patient’s history and get faster solutions from the therapist.
- Then, Therapist can schedule their patient requests and get the solutions
- Depression patients easily to handle at any time and give the solution in right time
- To create a proper schedule for everyday patients and enter the all remedies for all basic solutions

ADMIN
- Login
In login module the admin can login to the application with the master login details. Admin can maintain the all user details.
- Approve Therapist
A therapist can registered the profile and hospital, admin can receive the all therapist’s profile details with their personal details. Then admin can check all the details it will get correct information means admin will approve the therapist.
- View user details
An admin can view the user details and check all user account details. Admin will maintain the user details records.
- View therapist details
An admin can view therapist details also. Admin will check therapist personal details and which hospital therapist will working all about details maintained by admin.
USER
- Register
User‘s main function of our proposed system is registration, in order to register with the unique application details such as name; password, email, place and time are required.
- Login
The main activities in the application are the user login page for user. The other modules are followed by this login page. This module records only user and password of the user.
- View depression solution
User once login the page, check the depression solution from the basic manner and also some basic solution for all type of problems.
- Search therapist
User once login the page, user can search the therapist from the listed and also search from the hospital list, user can search based on their locality, pin code. User will select the therapist from the searched list.
- View therapist
User once select the therapist and view the therapist profile like therapist name, which hospital therapist will doing the work all about details user will view their profile.
- Post problem
User can post their problem which is like depression, heavy stress, some of basic problem all are posted and make a dummy payment.
- View solution
User once registered their problems, therapist will check what type of problems and give a solution for certain issue that will be user view and get the solutions from the therapist.
- My profile and Logout
User once login the page, user will manage the their profile details like user name, register number, mobile number, address, etc. it all details user has to managed or updated. And terminate the connection.
Therapist

- Post-depression solution
Therapist can view the problem of depression and check which stage of depression that based therapist will post the solution for depression.
- Update and delete depression
Therapist was check their posted depression solutions if there is any changes of suggestions therapist will make a update for respected depression solutions and if any suggestions not needed to some of patients therapist will delete the solutions.
- View problem from User
Therapist can view all the user profiles and their problems also and then therapist will analyze and can take the treatment of specialized problems, also therapist give solution for user’s problems.

Therapist once login the page, Therapist will manage the their profile details like Therapist name, register number, mobile number, address, etc. it all details Therapist has to managed or updated. And terminate the connection.
