Module Description
Admin Login
- Verify & Approve Student grievance
Admin can handle the student’s grievance. A admin will verify the grievance which department based on grievance.
- View Grievances
Admin can view the grievance for all department students.
- View All Grievance Report
Admin can be view all grievance based on all departments. And admin make a report for all department vise grievance.
- Update Status
Admin can view the grievance and update the status for the students like grievance has solved, unsolved, on progress.
User
- Create Grievance:
User can login to the system and create grievance in following category food, hostel, college and certificate.
- Mobile OTP verification
User can get the mobile OTP verification for an uploading the grievance. Once user can get the OTP verification and user will upload the grievance.
- Create College Grievance
User can upload the college grievance based on the overall college complaints like projector will not work in the department, Garbage, AC , Fan , Water, Bed, Light, Other.
- Create Hostel Grievance
User can upload the hostel grievance like food is not good, demand of water supply, room wise cleaning grievance, fan, bed and bed sheet, light, restrooms, etc.,
- Create Counseling Grievance
User can upload the college counseling grievance like fees counseling department, placement counseling department, etc. They are not properly giving the counseling for the students.
- Create Certificate Request
User will request the any certificates from the college side. A college will not responding the students or else college will not produce the certificate in correct time. They are based on collecting the grievance.
