ABSTRACT
An Django Application for college is an application that can be accessed throughout the organization and especially by students well with proper login provided when needed. This application can be used by students using their smart phones. Using this application students will able to stay updated with their college events, circular notices, exam time table. An web based college campus to share the college campus activities application will provide updates to the students of their respective departments, notices regarding the recruiting company, campus interview date and other placement activities. Software Requirements:
Front-End : HTML5, CSS3, and JS
Back-End : Python, MySQL 5.5
Tool : XAMPP 8.1 – 64 bit
Framework : Django 3.2.8
Existing Solution:
Due to the raise of benefits of automated system, huge process which done by the humans are automated now. Recent days, there is a huge necessity eeded for automated system which includes their role in academic infrastructures like schools & colleges that needs to change the role of their manual system to mobile computing systems. The Computer Technology changes uses the databases & application of the Information System of students, which helps to make their documents and records as centralized.
Disadvantages:
- Its manual process for earlier system.
- Its more time consume for all process.
- Need for more resources.
- Its chance to lose our record or data.
Proposed Solution:
The proposed system consists of three modules: admin panel, Student module. Admin can post their notification about collage, update staff details, student details and collage event details. Students can view all details including staff details.

- Easy updates of mark results on mobile app
- Provides an easy platform for student interaction.
- Easy and fast updation of notices and events for better communication between students and administration.
- Updation regarding events, conference, placement, results, files
- Updation of recent notices and upcoming events.

In log in page, admin can only view the shared information. They can’t update or edit any information.
Sign in and Sign up:
The staff will be having an account to update the college information because students know who update the information.In sign up, Staff adds the following details,

Add Students Details and View details:
Admin creates the students details with following requirements,

- Password (Date of birth)

- Share file to students
Alumini:
- Create Alumini – Admin can mange alumini details by batch wise.
- Search records – So that the users can search the details by year among the list according.

Students can only view the information updated in the application, gallery and also view their own details.
