College Leave Management System
The purpose of this project is to create an online leave management program which is essential to something like an organization or college. The main purpose of the online PHP projects is also to develop web applications in college submission. sOnline Leave Management System is a web based application that is developed using PHP and MySQL. The objective of Leave Management System is to develop a web based application using which management of leave application and approval is done online by college HOD. Student of the institute can apply for leave and adjust their load directly from this application. HOD & Staff of their respective department can grant the leave application. Admin can manage the HOD, Staff, Student details and view the report of the leave.College Leave Management System

Module Description:
Admin
- Login
In login module the admin can login to the application with the master login details. Admin can maintain the all student details.
- Manage Department
Admin can manage the department like department faculty details and student details based on personal details. And then over all student and faculty attendance details also.
- Manage student
Admin can manage the student details like student name, register number, department, class details and other personal details also to be included and managed.
- Manage HOD & Staff
Admin can manage the every department staff details like each department have HOD of department and other staff of their departments. Then admin can insert the all HOD of department personal details and other staffs details also.
- Manage Employee
Admin can manage all employee details like employee name, department, id number, etc. then all manage the all details from admin.
- View Leave Report
Admin can view a leave report from the student and faculty. and maintain all reports. Who are maximum days take leave they are listed in leave report.
- Leave Allotment
Admin can create a leave allotment for all students and facilities from the allotment admin can listed the leave students and faculty.
- Logout
Admin will manage all details then the admin will terminate the connection.
Student
- Register
Student‘s main function of our proposed system is registration, in order to register with the unique application details such as name; password, email, place and time are required.
- Login
The main activities in the application are the user login page for user. The other modules are followed by this login page. This module records only user and password of the user.
- My profile
Student once login the page, student will manage the their profile details like students name, register number, mobile number, address, etc. it all details student has to managed or updated.
- Apply Leave
Student can login the page, if they want to take leave means students will apply for the leave before the ideal of leave day.
- View leave status
Students once can apply for leave. This module is used to students can view their leave is approval or not. Students send the leave form to the head of the department through online. It will show the balance leave and attendance percentage of the semester. The report generation will alert the students are eligible for semester exam or not.
View Leave Balance
Students can view a student’s leave applying list and verifying the available day of remaining take leave days or else balancing the leave days for attendance percentage.
HOD & Faculty:
- Login
In login module the HOD or faculty can login to the application with the master login details. HOD or faculty can maintain the all student details.
- View Leave Status
HOD and faculty can view a leave status from the students leave and updated all leave status.
- Leave Approval
HOD and faculty can view a leave form from the students if the leave form are valid means HOD or faculty can approve the leave for student.
- Logout
Student will manage all details then the admin will terminate the connection.
