ABSTRACT
College is a modern, clean and professional College Management System. It is very easy to use and the user interface is very clean for a better user experience. The system has 5 different user types with different types of feature. This project is based on College management system application provides the maintenance of student information, staff information and college related information. The student module of application deals with all kind of student related details like student profile, academic details, result details, attendance details, progress details and fees details. It will also have the various academic updates to the all staff and student updated by college administration. The faculty of department is responsible for updating the assignments, updating the attendance of every student, updating the notification related to department. It’s built on Laravel 8, Vue.js, and mysql is easily coded with best practices and a human-readable format for enhancement. Pro College Management System using Laravel PHP.

The existing system which we using in our college is traditional process is a complete manual process. To Reduce to override the problems prevailing in the
practicing manual system we develop Our College Management System

- Its chance to lose our record or data.
Proposed Solution:

- Searching will become more efficient and fast in comparison to manual searching.
- Overall, it will reduce the cost and time of the college head in taking care of the college.

- Manage Academic details – Admin Will Manage the Attendance details like Student Attendance, Teacher Attendance
- Manage Exam details – Admin Will Manage the Exam Details Like Exam List , Schedule , Mark , Exam Result

Teacher module
- Register – Teacher will register with the system using their username and password.

- View Attendance details – Once they logged in they can view the Attendance details
- View Academic details – The user view all the Academic details Like Homework, Syllabus etc..
- View Exam details – The user view all the Exam details Like Exam Routine, Exam result.
- View Fees details – User View Fees details Like Fees Structure
Accountant module
- Register – Accountant will register with the system using their username and password.
- Login – After the registration process Accountant can login to their account any time using the login details
- Update Accounting details – Accountant will Update the Accounting Details Like Fees type , Fees list , Expense Type , Expense List .
